South Billings Urban Renewal Association (SBURA) is a volunteer Advisory Board to the City of Billings.  Incorporated as a Montana Non-Profit Corporation in 2019, SBURA will make its IRS Form 990 available for public inspection upon request in accordance with Internal Revenue Service laws and regulations.  

As an Advisory Board to the City of Billings, SBURA accepts requests for public records.  All requests for public records must be on the SBURA form which can be downloaded from this site below.
