We are the South Billings Urban Renewal Association. We advise the Billings City Council on the South Billings Boulevard Urban Renewal District's administration and tax increment expenditures.We advise the Billings City Council on the South Billings Boulevard Urban Renewal District's administration and tax increment expenditures. We fund public infrastructure projects that promote economic development and/or reduce blight in the District. The South Billings Urban Renewal Association conducts public meetings on the first Tuesday of every month except July and December. All citizens are welcome to join in and participate in our meetings.
